Bejeti promises a wallet that is refined in function, art in its design, and individual in its expression to provide clients with many years of enjoyment.

If holding the artistry, history, and minimalism of your new Bejeti wallet does not evoke a visceral feeling throughout your body, return the wallet for a no-questions-asked full refund within 35-days of purchase.

Additionally, Bejeti warrants its product against defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (the “Guarantee period”). If the product is returned during the Guarantee period, Bejeti will repair or replace any defective Bejeti product or part free of charge within a reasonable time after the product is returned. Upon expiration of the Guarantee period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.

Before beginning the return and refund process, please reach out to our Customer Care support@bejeti.com so we can address your concerns and make it right.

To be eligible for return and refund, items must be returned new, unused, and with all provided components and boxes.

Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the client.

Where provided, any designer packaging and authenticity cards, must be included with your return. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Being made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for personalized items, including personalized Identification Sequences and custom material orders.

Returns that do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted.

To return an item from your order, please follow this procedure:

+ For a simple return, please reach out to our Customer Care team support@bejeti.com for a return form and return label.

+ Make sure all products you wish to return and all forms, product tags, authenticity labels or cards are included in the original package, and placed inside a parcel box. Attach the return label to the outside of the parcel box.

+ Contact the courier’s number to schedule pickup, or take the package to the nearest carrier’s drop-off point.

We recommend you keep an eye on the tracking number, so you may monitor the shipment of your package.

Any issues caused by the use of a courier or a return label other than ours are not attributable to Bejeti.

Your return may take until 5 business days to be handled by our team. We are a boutique company – your patience is always appreciated.

After that, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.

Please note that if you have received the wallet as a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
