Please allow 1-3 business days for online orders to be processed. Once processed the shipping procedures are as follows.

All orders shipping to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) will receive free priority shipping. Below details the services and guarantees that will be used:

Carrier:
We use USPS priority for most of our domestic shipments to ensure coast to coast access. If an alternative is preferred, we will accommodate our client's wishes. 

Signature will be required for all deliveries.

Insurance:
All packages are completely insured while in transit to your location.

International Shipping:

We are happy to ship to a non-US address provided it is being sent to the billing address associated with the credit card being used.

The shipping charge associated with the order will vary depending on the country to which it is going.

If you are receiving your order outside of the United States, you will be responsible for all taxes / duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.

It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over a country’s customs agency, and ask you contact your local customs agency if necessary.
